Treasury Management Strategy 2011-2012
The Treasury Management Strategy was approved by the Authority on 22 February 2011


Investment Strategy 2011-12
The annual investment strategy was approved by the Authority on 22 February 2011


Estates Strategy

The Estates Strategy sets out how the Authrtity will ensure that the specialist accommodation that is required to provide effective operational policing as well as support functions is achieved in the most effective, efficient and economical way possible.


Procurement Strategy
The Procurement Strategy summarises the activities of the Strategic Procurement Unit in responding to the demands of change over the last three years and outlines how the Unit will deliver an effective procurement service over the next three years.


Vehicle Fleet Strategy

This Vehicle Fleet Strategy provides an overview of the support supplied by the Fleet Services Department. The document does not provide infinite detail on each of the highlighted services, but is expected to act as a road map indicating how we will support operational policing within the County.


Charging Policy
The Authority reviews the charges for police officers' services, together with other services provided by the Constabulary each year. the latest Charging Policy can be found here.

The Authority has recently undertaken a scrutiny review to look at how it could improve on the level and format of performance reporting, to enable it to more effectively fulfil its role in holding the Constabulary to account on performance issues. As part of the work, the public's views were sought on a number of questions, including financial information. A summary of the outcome of the survey can be viewed by following this link
