Financial Arrangements

The Authority has recently undertaken a scrutiny project to look at how it could improve on the level and format of performance reporting, to enable it to more effectively fulfil its role in holding the Constabulary to account on performance issues. As part of the work, the public's views were sought on a number of questions, including financial information. A summary of the outcome of the survey can be viewed by following this link

Procurement Strategy
The Procurement Strategy summarises the activities of the Strategic Procurement Unit in responding to the demands of change over the last three years and outlines how the Unit will deliver an effective procurement service over the next three years.
