'Your Policing' Magazine
Your Policing is a magazine published twice a year by Cheshire Police Authority and Cheshire Constabulary. It is delivered to every home in Cheshire, Halton and Warrington. The local policing summary for your area provides details about policing and gives you an annual report on achievements. Click one of the links for your specific area to download the publication:

The Business Plan
The Authority's Business Plan sets out the main areas of work which the Authority will undertake over the coming year.

The Contact Plan
The Authority's Contact Plan describes how we will communicate, consult and engage with the people who live and work in Cheshire.

The Policing Plan
The Policing Plan gives an overview of what you can expect from the police service in Cheshire over the next three years. We have consulted widely with the public, stakeholders and other partner agencies in developing this Plan to ensure that it reflects and addresses their many differing needs and aspirations. The Plan sets out the policing objectives and measures for the forthcoming year.

Equality Scheme
The Equality Scheme outlines how the Authority will continue to meet its own statutory duties and monitor those of the Constabulary as required by the Single equality Bill 2010.

People Strategy
The People Strategy covers our aim to ensure that staff are utilised in the most appropriate roles to the most effect.The focus of this People Strategy is centred around how to manage and enact the necessary savings required whilst ensuring Cheshire Constabulary has the right skills in the right place and at the right time and cost.  Herein lies the greatest challenge over the next 5 years.

Partnership Strategy
The Authority’s Partnership Strategy describes how the Authority will proactively engage in partnership working in Cheshire over the next three years, and ensure the effectiveness of its contribution is maximised in terms of added value.
