Questionnaires
Where should the police focus their time and effort?
The role of the Police Authority is to ensure that the police service in Cheshire is efficient and effective. It is essential that the Police Authority listens to everyone's views about policing and how it could be improved. It is important that their work is prioritised and we need to know which issues are of most concern to you. We also want to know what you think about the police and how you would like to be kept informed.
Young People's Panel
It is important that we listen to everyone's views about policing and how it could be improved. We use what you tell us to inform our decisions and to set the Chief Constable's objectives each year. We want young people to speak out about policing.
We wish to set up a panel of young people, from 14 to 18 years old, who will give us honest, open views about their experiences and perceptions of the police in Cheshire. We will ask you to complete up to two postal (reply paid) surveys each year; arrange group discussions to explore your opinions in more detail; invite you to get involved in making suggestions for improvement; use what you tell us to inform our decisions; but we will not publish your name or personal details.
